Finally I got to upload my folio with my name as a domain. It's simple because I'm planning to update a lot so I don't want to get into troubles since I'm not so good with web design and programming. Anyway, it's all good and ready to be used for my CV.

Sunday..what else could be better than shopping, eating homemade food and being with your love one.

Today I put on my new Whistles jumper, black leggings, and my favorite brogues. Comfortable comes first and with a little makeup, I feel like myself.

So I made a journey to Topshop, well that what I was planning to have a look at a jacket.But I didn't get anything, the jacket doesn't look that nice up close. So I paid a visit to Urban Outfitters and surprisingly after a long long time without any purchases here, I got a new set of bikini and a Cheap Monday skirt. Oh, also brown shorts from H&M Garden Collection which I've been eyeing for. So much for summer, I can't wait for the weather to be warmer.

After visiting friends, I went on my red lipstick hunting mission. I was about to order online but it'd be better if I can check the colour first. I went to Nars and asked for Jungle Red. Luckily it was sold out because I don't really like how Nars make up artist reacted. And for me, if I don't get good service, they don't deserve my money. Anyway, I decided to drop by at M.A.C on Canarby Street and got a lipgloss and a nail polish from the Spring Colour Forecast Collection, and a lipstick in Ruby Woo. It's so red but I love it!

It's about time to put all my winter clothes away, and maybe pack them into boxes and send home. London is getting warmer, don't get me wrong..I really want summer but somehow with this rainy and all, I'd prefer winter with snow or something like that.

Today JB and I went to a movie, Alice in Wonderland in Imax 3D. It was ok, more like a movie for kids. I have to say I was expecting more but it was quite disappointing. And it's too bad because the Imax 3D thing was quite awesome. Other than that, I love the costumes, character and environment design, music (except the ending credit music, blegh..I thought I was watching some Hannah Montana movie), and of course Tim Burton favorite's Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. They are the best, as usual.

Anyway, after all Japanese food, popcorn, and coffee, we decided to go home. I actually wanted to walk around a bit but I felt too lazy and the rain just ruined everything, including my Office brogues :'( So here I am, being in my home sweet home and about to cook grilled pork and sticky rice for dinner. At least it should be the best part of the day. Yay!

As the class was canceled last minute, we decided to visit Tate Modern on this very nice day to see van Doesburg. It reminds me of those art pieces I had to study for Art History, Dada period of course. But the exhibition was interesting and inspiring, to see how artists were trying to apply this 'dadaist' with every single thing, and it works! Oh, and I got to touch the famous Red Blue chair. Woo Hoo.. with one figure though haha. It was nice to actually see the real piece up close and I was overexcited. It was like seeing all those images from the book but in 3D!

this and that

A bit of London today. After 6 months here, I haven't been around (touristic places) much. As I usually be in museums or partying somewhere or going to gigs. Somehow I already forget how pretty scenery London can offer me.

The deliveries JB picked up for me in late afternoon. Thanks for waiting booboo! Gotta love the fact that Something Else (my long love brand since I was in Melbourne) dress I have been eyeing for is on sale. The Whistles wool jumper is heavier than I expected, very big and chunky. But it's sooo warm and perfect for London up and down weather, that now it seems like getting cold again.

And...some Chanel purchases. I know I keep telling myself not to buy any more cosmetics. I have enough and I need to actually finish one. I even went to M.A.C which I usually buy from there but stopped myself in time not to purchase anything. But Chanel, you did it again. A powder refill was an only thing in my list but then I spotted the new Rouge Coco (pretty) and a nail polish is dark blue (even prettier) so I couldn't help swiping my credit card!

No more shopping spree for awhile. I seriously need to save up for my summer holiday in France.

Quickies

Nothing much today, just went out and met up with my cousin and his girlfriend. We did a bit of shopping which I didn't expect to get anything from H&M but I did. Anyway they are my size and only so I was tempted. They are also in black but I have too many black shoes so I guess this colour is nice to try for this upcoming spring. I can't wait to team up with some breezy shorts :)

Oh, and the necklace from All Saints arrived today. I love those types on the packaging. Just lovely.

woo hooo

They are hereeeeeeee. Apparently the girl called me last Saturday just after I left that they arrived, but I missed the calls. So the shoes had been waiting for me for like a week! Luckily I dropped by at KG counter in Topshop this afternoon and asked about my order.. and finally, I got them.

I love the colour, grey with black buckles and dark brown heels. They are very high, could be the highest shoes I ever have but perfectly fit and quite comfy. Here they are, another pair to complete my shoes wardrobe!

Peek-a-boo

After trying these teas at my friend's place, it was like love at first drink. So today my friend and I decided to get some after we had our meet-up lunch around Piccadilly. They are from Fortnum & Mason and to tell you the truth, I can't really resist fruit tea!

Also I went to get my cheque today around Bricklane. On my way back I just thought I should have a quick look at Whistles (after spending most time shopping online). There is sale going on and it didn't disappoint me. I grabbed this jumper straight away when I saw it's on sale (and my size). It's incredibly warm!

I just received a package from American Apparel yesterday. There are 2 tank tops in black and white, and also half mesh leggings which I love, love, love! So here I just pulled my favorite things together!
